2. AyaGrowth Community Membership
Monthly Subscription (GHS 97/month)
Due to the digital nature of the AyaGrowth Community membership and immediate access to exclusive resources, we operate a strict no-refund policy for monthly subscriptions.
- All sales are final once payment is confirmed
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
- Access will continue until the end of your paid period
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Technical issues preventing access to the platform (must be reported within 48 hours)
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
3. Consulting and Coaching Services
For one-on-one consulting, coaching, and accountability programs:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the first session if you are not satisfied
